Prices are calculated in Canadian dollars.
After an order is placed, a confirmation email will immediately be sent to you. Credit cards will be charged at the time of checkout for all items in your shopping cart. If you receive notice that an item or items are backordered or no longer available, you can choose to cancel the order or any backordered items that you do not wish to wait for and you will be refunded accordingly.
In keeping with the spirit of recycling, we ship using used boxes when possible. This allows us to be part of the solution in reducing waste in our landfills.
We might sometimes open the box of a large item that you had ordered to insert other items; this is to avoid oversize shipping surcharges.
Manufacturers periodically change the packaging of their products, without prior notice; therefore, the packaging of the product you receive might look different from the picture on our website and/or different from previous shipments of the same product.
Our inventory is updated weekly and while we strive to maintain an accurate inventory count, errors can and sometimes do occur. Occasionally, high demand causes us to run out of certain items before we can update our website. If an item you have ordered is not in stock, we will contact you via email. At that point, you have the option to wait for a new shipment (if it is not a clearance item) or cancel your pending order, or substitute for a similar product. Any price difference will be adjusted.
Product information and prices
We attempt to ensure that product descriptions and pricing on this web site are correct and current. Despite our best effort, errors may occur possibly making some information inaccurate, incomplete or outdated. We reserve the right to correct any of these inaccuracies and update our information without prior notice. You will be notified of any corrections to your order.
We cannot confirm the price of a product until after you order. In the event that an item is listed with an incorrect price or with incorrect or outdated product information, Pinky Blue shall have the right, at our sole discretion, to refuse, or cancel any orders placed for such item. In the event that an item is mispriced, Pinky Blue may, at our discretion, either contact you for instructions or cancel your order and notify you of such cancellation. While it is our practice to confirm orders by email, the receipt of an order confirmation email does not constitute our acceptance of an order or our confirmation of an offer to sell a product or service.
We make every effort to display the colors of the products that appear on our site as accurate as possible. However, the actual color you see will depend on your computer system and monitor. We can not guarantee that your computer will accurately display such colors.
Pre-orders and special orders
Pre-orders are advance purchases made for merchandise scheduled to ship at a future date. When you place your order, these items are reserved for you and taken off our inventory. Therefore, your credit card is charged in full at time of purchase. As soon as the item(s) arrive, your order is shipped and you will be notified by email. Because the items you pre-order are purchased especially for you and will no longer be available to others potential customers, the cancellation of pre-ordered items is subject to a 25% non refundable cancellation fee. If the manufacturer decides not to produce a certain style or if for whatever reason they do not ship that style to us, the full amount you will be refunded to you.
Pinky Blue will hold all orders for shipping until they are complete, even if the order includes a "pre-order" or a “special order” item(s). If you would like certain items to ship separately from the "pre-order" or “special-order” items, please place separate orders. You can also request a split shipment by adding a comment in the comment box at check out. If one or both of these separate shipments are under $150 or when there is an oversize surcharge on an item, there may be an additional shipping charge. We will contact you with a quote of the additional shipping charges.
Please note that the delivery date indicated on the product page is an estimated shipping date. We are unable to guarantee delivery dates for pre-order items or special orders due to unforeseen delays by the manufacturers. Please be advised that we cannot control the delivery dates given to us by the manufacturers.
Want to avoid the shipping charges? We would be happy to hold your order for store pick-up. Please note that the person picking up your order must present the exact credit card used when placing the order, and a matching picture ID. Photocopies are acceptable when accompanied by a written authorization and a contact phone number from the person who placed the order. We reserve the right to contact the buyer for verification.
Please wait for confirmation that your order has been approved and it is ready for pick-up, before coming in to the store.
Our secure online ordering system accepts Visa and Mastercard and it is available 24 hours a day/7 days a week to take your order.
You can also pay using Pay Pal which accepts most major credit cards.
Please contact us promptly about any cancellations you might have to make. You can cancel any item from your order, provided we have not packaged it for shipping. Special orders cannot be cancelled after we have placed our order to the distributor.
If you cancel an order after we have packaged it, but before it has been shipped, you may be charged a re-stocking fee of 5% of the value of the cancelled item(s).
If your order has already been shipped, and you decide to cancel it, you may return the item(s) to us but, you will be responsible for the cost of shipping the item(s) back to us, our outbound shipping cost and the applicable re-stocking fees. See our Returns and Exchanges policy.
Please treat gift cards or certificates like cash. They are not replaceable or refundable if the certificate number is lost or stolen. Gift card or certificates purchases are not refundable.
Please note that special orders cannot be cancelled, once we have submitted the order to our supplier.

We appreciate and value your business and will always work hard to make your shopping experience with us a pleasant one. We understand shopping online can be difficult at times. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, products may be returned (exceptions are listed below) for full refund or store credit with original receipt within 14 days of purchase (in store) or from the date the parcel was delivered (online orders). Store credits will be issued in the form of gift cards for returns with Gift Receipts and returns after 14 days and up to 30 days with original receipts.
Customers have 48 hrs from purchasing or receiving the shipment to notify us by e-mail or phone about any defects or missing parts of the products.
All refunds require that the item be returned in its original condition, with the original packaging, and with all original parts and accessories. Any missing or damaged parts are subject to restocking fees (see bellow).
Refunds will be made in the same form of payment as the original purchase.
Online purchases returns: Customer will be responsible for shipping the product back to us. Insurance and tracking number is recommended as we are not responsible for returns lost or damaged during return shipping. We will refund the cost of the product plus tax. For all returns including orders that qualified for “free shipping”, our actual outbound shipping cost will be deducted.
Original boxes must be wrapped for shipping, no tape attached or writing on the original box.
